Job DescriptionTechnical Trainers deliver instructor-led training (classroom or online) on Selenium Automation skills to our customers, partners, and employees. This position requires at least two to three years of training experience, at least 4 years of hands-on experience with QA, and experience with the following: Java, Junit, Mockito, Cucumber, Selenium, and Rest Assured.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver instructor-led training (classroom or online) on Automation and QA skills.

  • Conduct customer, partner, and employee training using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, both online and in-person, creating an engaging learning experience

  • 5+ years of experience with Automation using Selenium or similar tools

  • Experience working with SOA & Micro-services utilizing REST, SOAP etc.

  • 3+ years of experience with different testing tools Appium, Postman etc.

  • Experience with the design and implementation of cloud-ready applications and deployment pipelines on large-scale container platform clusters is a plus

  • Provide timely feedback to curriculum development teams, review and test course materials and hands-on labs

  • Mentor and train instructors as part of our certified trainer program

  • Ability to travel and deliver training engagements approximately 70-80% of the time, where COVID-19 guidance allows

  • Nice to have experience with, or an aptitude to learn and author in, a content management environment, using tools such as Microsoft Word, MadCap Flare, and Camtasia

Experience & Education

  • Minimum of two years of technical training/courseware development experience

  • Proficient in industry-standard best practices such as Coding modularity, Prototypes etc.

  • Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant degrees

Details/Logistics

  • Part-time,

    About 6 hours per week, with the ability to stay in your full-time job; the role will require weekend availability and 1 session in the evening (online on zoom).

  • Competitive compensation per hour of billing.
